@tonywmiller We like to end practice with what we call Pressure FT’s. As a team we aim for 70-80%. So if there are 10 kids, we have to make 7 or 8 out of 10. If we don’t get it or as soon as we are unable to get it we reset back to zero & start over. They lock in because they want to leave!
