@TMobileHelp@JohnLegere Someone already reached out last night and got the fraudulent purchase removed from my account, but that only scratched the surface. I slept on it and I can't believe what I dealt with last night. The fact that it was brushed off as miscommunication pisses me off even more.
The screen protector the @TMobile employee "sold" me last night (financed and put on my phone without my permission) now has air bubbles underneath it. What the actual fuck, Tmobile?

Hey @TMobileHelp@JohnLegere I need to talk to someone about an in-store experience I just had. Charged for a product I didn't want, found out when I left the store that employee FINANCED the case I wanted to buy, and I don't even think he added insurance I asked for.
