So where does $MMTLP go from here?
Nearly four years later, the company and an estimated 124,000 shareholders are still waiting for answers... essentially FROZEN IN TIME.
@FINRA cites ~2.65M shares of aggregate short interest at FINRA member broker dealers.
Yet Greg McCabe has told FINRA that institutions approached Next Bridge looking to BUY NBH shares to balance their books including one institution whose acknowledged imbalance was allegedly multiples larger than FINRA's entire 2.65M estimate.
Now McCabe has cited an actuary's estimate suggesting total share entitlements could potentially exceed 1 BILLION.
So which is it?
OPEN THE BOOKS AND FIND OUT.
If this was really only a 2.65M-share issue, why did $MMTLP require an extraordinary U3 halt involving clearance and settlement concerns? Why have institutions subsequently sought significantly more NBH shares?
And if brokers have more customer entitlements than genuine NBH shares allocated to them, crediting the NBH dividend doesn't magically reconcile the underlying obligation.
A BOOKKEEPING ENTRY DOESN'T CREATE THE UNDERLYING SHARE.
Then there's something else shareholders deserve an answer to.
The @SECGov has met with broker representatives through FIF to hear industry concerns surrounding Next Bridge. Yet Greg McCabe and @nbhydrocarbons, the Company, have repeatedly sought direct engagement with regulators and say they still can't get everyone in the room.
WHY?
If regulators can sit privately with the broker side through FIF, they can sit with Greg McCabe.
When one side gets access while the company repeatedly asks for a meeting, it's fair to question whether the regulatory process is being weaponized instead of used to facilitate a resolution.
We shareholders cannot remain frozen in time forever.
NBH didn't execute the trades.
NBH didn't clear them.
NBH doesn't maintain broker ledgers.
NBH didn't regulate the market.
NBH didn't issue the U3 halt.
If outstanding short obligations remain, it's time to settle the bets.
Determine WHO owes WHAT to WHOM and provide a mechanism to resolve it.
A market-based resolution can take MANY forms—purchases from willing shareholders, negotiated settlements, tender/exchange mechanisms, a structured reconciliation event, or another lawful solution.
Nobody needs to predetermine the mechanism.
But somebody needs to START THE PROCESS.
@SECGov@FINRA:
TAKE THE MEETING.
Get NBH, Greg McCabe, brokers, clearing participants and regulators at the SAME TABLE.
If FINRA's numbers are right, reconciliation can demonstrate it.
If McCabe's evidence shows something dramatically larger, deal with what the records show.
But the U3 halt cannot leave a company and 124,000 shareholders FROZEN IN TIME indefinitely while outstanding obligations—whatever their ultimate number—remain unresolved.
Short sellers made their bets. Shareholders made theirs.
IT'S TIME TO SETTLE THE BETS.
Open the books.
Reconcile the positions.
Identify the obligations.
Create the mechanism.
Resolve $MMTLP.
124,000 shareholders are waiting for answers. Let NextBridge and its shareholders finally move forward.

BREAKING 🚨 HESTER PIERCE RESIGNS FROM THE U.S. SECURITIES & EXCHANGES COMMISSION—EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026
Why would she only give 7 days notice?
I'm sure retail investors will have a lot to say in the comments... Are you sad or do you rejoice that she's leaving the SEC?
Why is investor protection optional when it comes to MMTLP?
Greg McCabe, CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons recently told Lara Logan that Anson Funds requested 10M Next Bridge shares to reconcile their MMTLP short position.
Why is this a problem?
It's a problem because FINRA claims there was only 2.65M in MMTLP short interest at the time of the halt.
The image shows that this information was already shared with the regulators but the @SECGov still refuses to meet with McCabe. Why? @TheJusticeDept
Here's the full interview... 🔗https://t.co/jlKh5gP2gc
@xMarketNews@busybrands This was an awesome call, completely organized very professional, clear, concise to the point. Busy, Junk, Laura. Logan, Ann Greg (CEO) did an awesome job of explaining the MMTLP FIASCO & what we have gone through for almost 4 years. Hats off to everyone you all rock!
@FINRA@The_DTCC@OptionsClearing
65,000+ investors, including #Veterans and #Disabled Veterans have been trying to get @SECGov attention for the past 1150 days to get support to help resolve a U3 halt on ticker $MMTLP frozen by @Finra and @SECGov
#VETERAN families have been suffering for OVER THREE YEARS now, because CORRUPT REGULATORS refuse to DO THEIR JOB to protect #Veterans. Don't worry, we're not going away until this is resolved.
We have experienced bankruptcies, divorces, severe depression, dissolution of small businesses, Veteran PTSD, and sadly, we have had shareholders take their own life. Yet, regulators hide under "absolute immunity" like a absolute cowards.
How do you live with yourselves? #finrafraud #mmtlpfiasco @PeteSessions@RepRalphNorman
@JunkSavvy So Matt just said that all the higher-ups came back at them on MMTLP: the cover-up is worse than the crime. So
who is really left for anyone to convince?
They all turned a blind eye then ??
