Gardner Edgerton (6A) senior standout Hayden Meats is off to a dominant start in her final high school season. The outside hitter has already racked up 156 kills while hitting an incredible .445, numbers that both rank among the top three in the entire state. She is also averaging 2.8 digs per set in the back row.  Meats, who is committed to continue her volleyball career at Washburn University as an Ichabod, has been a steady leader and go-to scorer for the Trailblazers. Gardner Edgerton sits at 9-4 on the year and will look to keep building momentum. #sportsinkansas
