Thierry Henry: “To be honest, Gavi is the only midfielder whose playing style I still don’t understand. He’s not an elite passer, dribbler, goalscorer, or shooter. Every highlight reel I watch seems to be full of fouls and aggression.

For me, he’s nowhere near the level of Vitinha, Jude Bellingham, João Neves, Pedri, and other top midfielders. Sometimes he looks more like a rugby player than a footballer.
