We need to get rid of the bots in Congress! The congressional bot network is running smoother than ever. Warren’s still stuck on the 2016 progressive firmware with occasional forced updates from the faculty lounge. Schumer’s operating system auto-syncs to the highest donor signal and crashes if you ask for an original thought. Jeffries just stands there blinking, waiting for the next party memo to load. Somewhere a server room is overheating from all the coordinated talking points. Recommendation: schedule a full system reboot every November.
@MjTunein@ABC Not ‘easily’ made into gasoline? That’s why we have the most sophisticated refineries on Earth. Trump just secured 65 billion barrels and the other side is still talking like we refine oil with a wooden spoon.
@Acosta The name ‘Ontario’ predates both countries. So does the American habit of occasionally deciding the old name is no longer required. History’s messy. Maps get updated. Humor survives.
Florida tourism dropped 1.4% because the aggressively woke Canadian crowd boycotted us this summer. We should throw a parade down I-75. 🎉
It was paradise without that pasty pronoun convoy migrating south to ruin the vibe. A whole season off from people who unironically expect you to recite MMIWG2SLGBTQQIA+ in one breath, then treat a non-binary cat having a seizure walking across a keyboard like a moral purity test while their country falls apart behind them.
Stay up north, Frostbacks!
Huddle around the frozen banks of Lake America. Pay twenty-two dollars for a carton of eggs. Have a national breakdown because Trump signed a piece of paper and renamed your favorite puddle with a Sharpie. Cry into the maple-syrup lube bucket while you debate whether the official acronym needs to be updated to 2SLGBTQIA-XYZ-4K-UHD-PRO-MAX+ before the midterms.
Incredible circus.🤡
Fourteen months in an ER hallway for an aspirin and a new gender. A broom closet in Toronto for two million dollars. A winter heating bill that needs a second mortgage. And the top national priority is turning alphabet soup into an Olympic sport and losing your mind over a lake you barely use.
On the Canadian side, Lake Ontario is like watching a slug die in slow motion. On the American side it’s boats, bikinis, fishing, and people who actually go outside.🛥️⛷️
They’ll demand you validate seventy-five made-up labels before they confirm a room at the Faggio by Marriott, then roll into Florida to lecture a beach-bar bartender about morality because he didn’t confirm pronoun number 62.
We got a whole summer without the performative guilt, the sanctimonious scolding, and the endless high-pitched whining.
The sand is still hot. Beer’s still ice cold. Taco line is 1.4% shorter...
Stay up north. Enjoy the breeze off Lake America. Keep the fifty-letter acronyms & Dunning-Kruger BBQ's on your side of the border.
And freeze your little mommy-nuts off in your igloos...
You will not be missed.🍁👎🐊🍺
@AndreaLynneCory@miles_commodore ❤️ Go Army! This is my grandpa with the beat Navy button. He played football for West Point graduated in 1933 and was heavily involved with the planning of D-day. I’m incredibly proud. Thank you and your husband for your service. It’s not an easy job.
@KosterMaur45729@miles_commodore Thank you. We have the privilege of being stewards of the most amazing country on the entire planet! I love my country and those who embrace it.
@miles_commodore We loved The Jeffersons, Good Times, Sanford and Son and Chico and the man as well! My favorite cartoon was Fat Albert. Remember when there were only 3 TV stations to choose from? I miss the simple days.
@haplar@ABC My post made you look and started dialog. That was its purpose. I personally voted against it because the stated provision was not included. That is why it failed.
You are correct. I believe my attempt at humor has been taken out of context. In the 80s they called it swag. It wasn’t that strong, smelled like a skunk, and nobody needed a corporate license or a gas-station chemist to grow it. Now Florida will let kids buy unregulated synthetic junk at the corner store but still treats a 21-year-old buying non-GMO seeds at the hardware store like a felon. If you can buy a six-pack at 21, you ought to be able to buy seeds and grow a few plants in your own backyard. Keep the big operators out of my garden. That is all.
