Russia’s FSB has formally charged Telegram CEO Pavel Durov with aiding terrorism and put him on an international wanted list.
Their claim: the app allowed channels used for sabotage and attacks inside Russia.
Durov has spent years refusing to hand over user data or bend to government pressure. Looks like that stance just got more expensive.
