The disgraced former mayor of New York, Rudy (I was just tucking in my shirt) Giuliani, has threatened to sue me for defamation over an interview in which I never said his name. No one even mentioned him.

Rudy, you worked with known Russian agents and their proxies to spread lies about me and my father. Their names are Andrii Derkach, Konstantin Kulyk, Andriy Telizhenko and Oleksandr Dubinsky and more. Kulyk handed you a dossier filled with disinformation. You flew to Kyiv in December 2019 to sit down with Derkach, then went on television with him to sell his bullshit tapes.

Trump’s own national security adviser warned the White House that what you brought back was Russian disinformation. You kept going.

Then Trump’s own Treasury Secretary, Steven Mnuchin, sanctioned Derkach in September 2020 as an active Russian agent for over a decade, for spreading the same lies you are still spitting. Four months later, on his way out the door, Mnuchin sanctioned the rest of your sources. Kulyk. Telizhenko. Dubinsky. Eleven people and four media front companies in all. Not sanctioned by me. Not by my father. By Donald Trump’s Treasury Department.

And remember Vienna Rudy. In October 2019 you, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman had tickets to fly there to collect a hard drive, courtesy of Dmytro Firtash, an indicted oligarch who has spent a decade in Vienna fighting extradition to the United States. Lev and Igor were arrested at Dulles holding one-way tickets. You canceled yours the next morning. That was way before a computer repairman in Wilmington was ever a twinkle in your eye.

Since 2022 the company has paid tuition, fees, and books in full for every worker from their first day, seasonal hires included.

Wildfires tore through those mountains in November 2016, killing fourteen people and destroying more than 2,400 buildings. Her foundation was handing out money within 48 hours. The United States asked Ukraine not to strike Moscow while senior American officials are visiting the russian capital, including CIA Director John Ratcliffe.

Think about that.

When American officials travel to Moscow, Washington apparently has no problem asking Ukraine: Do not attack Moscow while we are there.

But just days earlier, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner canceled their planned visit to Kyiv around Ukraine’s Independence Day because of “heavy russian air strikes on the city.”

So why didn’t Washington simply ask russia: Do not attack Kyiv while American officials are there?

Apparently, the United States can ask Ukraine to stop bombing russia to protect American officials in Moscow. But it cannotask russia to stop bombing Ukraine to protect American officials in Kyiv.

Instead, Witkoff and Kushner canceled their trip.

This tells you something important about American diplomacy under Trump.

Washington repeatedly demands restraint from Ukraine while accommodating russia. It expects Kyiv to adjust its military actions around American diplomacy, while seemingly accepting that Moscow will continue bombing Ukrainian cities whenever it wants.

You cannot be an honest broker when the rules apply only to one side.

That is blatant hypocrisy.

There are not two political parties. There are zero. There are the cheaters—and the people who let them do it.

The deeper society gets into this hole, the more we forget how we got here in the first place. None of this should be happening—and that really matters.

Sadly, I believe this process is accelerating too fast now and it may soon be successful in dissolving the government as we know it. It is more or less a weaponized husk already. They have perverted, distorted, or destroyed nearly every part of it.

The question is, what are we willing to do about it?

Witkoff and Kushner have traveled to Moscow eight times for meetings with Putin.

But when it comes to visiting Kyiv, russian air strikes suddenly make the trip too dangerous.

Meanwhile, presidents and prime ministers from a dozen European countries have visited Kyiv over the past several days — despite those very same russian attacks.

This tells you something important about American diplomacy under Trump.

For months, we have been told that Witkoff and Kushner are trying to broker peace between russia and Ukraine. Yet the people supposedly acting as intermediaries repeatedly travel to Moscow, meet with Putin, listen to russia’s demands - and cannot even bring themselves to travel to the capital of the country russia is invading.

You cannot understand this war by visiting Moscow eight times and Kyiv zero times.

And you certainly cannot be an honest broker if you are willing to sit comfortably across the table from the aggressor but are too afraid to visit the victim because the aggressor might bomb you.

European leaders are showing what solidarity looks like.

Washington is showing what cowardliness and complacency look like.

Hey everybody. I did not prevail today in court against Mike Flynn.

The judge said that I am responsible for my own legal fees in a frivolous defamation case that Flynn dragged me through three years of hell for and then chickened out at the last minute—because he didn't want to hear the explanation for why I called him all those bad names.

Nevertheless, here I am. Lawfare works. There is no doubt that at this point our system is rigged to advantage the rich and the powerful over people like me. Just being able to fight Kash Patel and Mike Flynn in court at all was a gargantuan effort. And I wouldn't want to wish it on anybody, but I also wouldn't change a goddamn thing. I say what I say for a reason.

If people want to help, I'd be grateful if you would subscribe to my substack. It is my only source of revenue right now. And I do not have hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay lawyers, but I will get through it. I will figure it out. I've been knocked down out here before.

In 2021, according to ANOTHER ex-KGB spy, Yuri Shvets: "Donald Trump was cultivated as a Russian asset for over 40 years and proved so willing to parrot anti-western propaganda that there were celebrations in Moscow."

Yuri Shvets noted that Trump was the perfect target: "His vanity, narcissism made him a natural target to recruit. He was cultivated over a 40-year period, right up through his election," referring to the 2016 presidential election.

We also know, from both the Mueller Report and the FIVE VOLUME Republican Senate Intelligence Committee Report that Russia did indeed interfer with the 2016 Presidential election on @realDonaldTrump behalf.

In March 2021, the National Intelligence Council released a report stating that Russia AGAIN attempted to interfere with our elections (the 2020 presidential election) on @realDonaldTrump behalf:
"We assess that Russian President Putin authorized, and a range of Russian government organizations conducted, influence operations aimed at denigrating President Biden's candidacy and the Democratic Party, supporting former President Trump, undermining public confidence in the electoral process, and exacerbating sociopolitical divisions in the US. Unlike in 2016, we did not see persistent Russian cyber efforts to gain access to election infrastructure. We have high confidence in our assessment; Russian state and proxy actors who all serve the Kremlin's interests worked to affect US public perceptions in a consistent manner. A key element of Moscow's strategy this election cycle was its use of proxies linked to Russian intelligence to push influence narratives - including misleading or unsubstantiated allegations against President Biden - to US media organizations, US officials, and prominent US individuals, including some close to former President Trump and his administration."

What does all of this information mean?

It means — DONALD TRUMP IS A RUSSIAN ASSET HERE TO DESTROY THE UNITED STATES.
