My friend just called off his wedding that was supposed to happen next week Saturday.

The bride's 10 bridesmaids contributed ₦1 million for her in their WhatsApp group as a wedding gift.

My friend asked her to bring the money so they could use it to support the remaining wedding preparations.

She refused. Saying they were not banking on the money when they started planning the wedding, and that she already had plans for it.

Who do you think was wrong? The groom for asking for the money, or the bride for refusing to contribute it?
