INJUSTICE: American Courts Side With Iran Against US Soldiers

Six years ago this month, Iran's attack on the al-Asad base in Iraq was meant to kill every American and it was nothing short of a miracle that no one died that day.

Because of that miracle, US courts have concluded that injured service members cannot sue Iran.

The attorney representing these service members says Congress needs to jump in.

“If you attempt to kill US citizens, well, then immunity is waived and you can get into the court. That's an easy fix by Congress. It really clears this whole thing up for the courts and they can get back to business. We have a death. I think these kids should be put in front of the interests of Iran and I think that the court should send it back and give us a win in this particular case.”
