Leadership in uncertain times is about being a calm, steady presence. Like a lighthouse in a storm, a leader provides clarity, direction, and hope. Calmness builds trust, enabling others to stay grounded and focused.

Some people cry, some keep busy, I write to process my emotions. Much is not shared but I share that which may help others in this same or similar situations.
Happy Holidays to all…whatever that means for you.

My father is a disabled veteran and LOVES Lowe’s — or used to. Monday, July 3rd, he was treated horribly! He went to return an item that had not been used, but the CSR, “Joe” thought otherwise and pretty much called my dad a liar multiple times before WALKING OFF AND DISMISSING
this way. I will educate as many people as possible through various social media platforms and word of mouth that Lowe’s cares nothing for veterans, cares nothing for people with disabilities, and cares nothing for customer service.
