1. I made the initial request on 29 July 2020. What will happen with the extra months billed when I was told it would stop in August.
2. You are still billing me to date (debit order). When will you stop?

@Disie_M @TelkomZA I had to physically go to their shop at MOA 3 times, wait in the queue for an hour + each time, and eventually "throw my toys out" to get them to cancel mine. Fortunately i kept a pic of the original cancellation form. Also, forget a refund! #DontDoTelkom
