When the government cannot protect our children…
Parents and schools must take responsibility for their safety the best way they can. Here’s what can be done:

1. Schools in the North, should consider temporarily closing to ensure students are safe.

2. Parents, if your children are in boarding schools, bring them home until the situation stabilizes.

I got admission into the University of Jos during one of the worst cr!ses, the 2008 cr!ses. I started with cr!ses and ended with it in 2012. Schooling through Jos, I honestly thought I was going to d!e there. 🤦🏽‍♀️

But one thing I’ve realized: in times like this, all you have is faith and hope in God. No government, no one is coming to save you. You survive or you don’t. I survived. 🙏🏾
