@islanders_takes@ForFunchillz GSAA doesn’t factor high danger chances. GSAx does but stats only started in 2008. GSAA is just shots against X league save % - goals allowed
@TDChrisG I’m always curious on this though. Why is it okay for teams to buy out players and have them go play elsewhere while still being paid by the previous team but when it comes to coaches everyone has a fuss about it
@nhl_review@PeteBlackburn I mean you can’t call it a lambo. His first season they went 22-56-4. Hardly a lambo by any means. Obviously they were projecting to be good but you can’t say he was just handed a cup contender immediately
@RearAdBsBlog So if you know it’s going to be offside on a challenge you could technically Bertuzzi someone and just get away with it because it “doesn’t count” ????
@nhlburnerboi I think the reason they do it is because technically then nothing after should count. You know it’s offside you could technically cheap shot a guy and just say well it’s offside it doesn’t count
@ProducerDrew_ I’m a little confused on th math in some.
Winnipeg:
28 regulation wins 84 pts
7 ot wins 14 points
12 ot losses 12 points
84+14+12=110 not 114
@SportsTalkWPG@hustlerama@mikemcintyrewpg The 3 point system fixes a lot less than people think. If you run the numbers year over year it hardly changes who makes the playoffs
