@virginmedia All I was trying to do was pair the TiVo remote with a new TV. None of the codes worked, or the press channel up method.

Just spent over an hour of my life on the phone to @virginmedia support. Kept being passed from pillar to post, when I finally felt I was speaking to someone who understood my issue I was passed on to someone else. JUST AWFUL.
