@DelhiPwd recently raised a complaint PWD202607240061 for street lights not working for the past few months. The status on ticket says that it pertains to TPDDL, but attached is their response indicating otherwise. Please route this to the correct team and resolve the issue.

@tatapower_ddl @DelhiPwd based on the response from TP-DDL, what is the issue causing the delay in material procurement? These lights have not been working for the past 3–4 months. Are we waiting for an accident to happen before taking action? This is a safety hazard. Please look into it.

@DelhiPwd Hello @DelhiPwd, any updates on this ticket. It is still stuck between PWD and Tata Power with no resolution. The lack of working street lights poses serious safety hazards, and this needs immediate attention.

@tatapower_ddl I am attaching the images of current road conditions as of 3-Aug-2026. Nothing has been addressed and road is all blackout without a single street light working. This is the condition of main New Rohtak Road for past 2-3 months.

A severe sewer overflow complaint(DJB003846123) was registered on 28-Apr in Karol bagh, but the issue remains unresolved. It's causing immense hardship and health risks for residents. Kindly take immediate action.

Update: finally it too 1 hour of hassle to get bedroll after multiple complaints & followup with TTE coach manager and attendant. But still as per them, it is not their fault they were provided less bedrolls. This is where IR is! 🙏

What a service by Indian railways in 2024 Gareebrath is really gareeb. There is no bed rolls available for passengers and as per attendant it will also not be available for whole journey.
