Sounds great in theory. A nice fairy tale.

In reality when your kids get older, they WANT me to break the game down a little for them. There is a reason that the coaches kids are usually the more prepared and have a higher IQ on the field or court. And I chalk part of that up to conversations on the way home.

There are many isolated tribes that have long mortality ages. And they don’t have modern medicine to rely on.

@dekker It really is a good question.
If the pitcher isn’t good out of the stretch, then that leads to leaning double/triple for the hitting team. But, if the next guy walks, you have a force at all bases (which is easier for defense).
Homers can be rally killers no doubt tho!
