I’m doing voluntary work at “ the block” which helps #veterans with addiction and #PTSD , it has 9 flats that can house #homeless service personnel and help find them the help they need , they have offices in #walton in #liverpool anc #birkenhead for the #wirral
The Block Armed Forces Foundation is changing and saving lives on a daily basis, the charity needs public support and corporate sponsorship to help continue its mission.

Beacon Counselling Trust is thrilled and humbled to announce that we have won the English Veterans Award 2026 in the Health and Well-being category for our work in addressing gambling harms with the Armed Forces and Veterans community.
This proud achievement recognises our tireless commitment in supporting those at risk of, and / or, experiencing gambling harms.
Thank you to our dedicated staff team, our trustees, supporters and partners who have been integral and share this award with us.
We continue in our mission to support our armed forces community and prevent gambling harms and encourage the sector to work with us through our 'Battling the Odds' programme.
Many thanks to the Veterans Award CIC for hosting the event and congratulations to all this years award finalists and winners.
