Creation fee: 5,000 sats (~$4.20) to treasury + ~600 sats gas = ~$4.70 total
Claim fee: set per drop by the creator (can be 0 for free drops) + ~600 sats gas ≈ ~$0.50 gas only at 1.5 sat/vB
