Waiting to view the MCC Planning & Highways committee meeting, wonder why they're running late? The Gamecock site is up for discussion AGAIN, the developer is really determined to get their PBSA block built. @blocktheblock1@BlockToBlockMCR
The Gamecock is back at planning next week. Despite reducing the height slightly, we remain opposed. We don't want more PBSA in Hulme. That site could be social housing instead — something we desperately need.
We'll be holding a picket at the site next Weds, 4pm.
"..too much housing, of the wrong sort, in the wrong place.. Not that this wasn't a good idea, but that it's gone too far. The capitalists never know when to stop. The problem is, the local politicians never told them to stop."

@LorettaCLees@_isaacrose@EagleInnSalford Hiya Loretta, it focuses mostly on Hulme but it's the exact same story of what's happening to Salford.

We'll also have some special guests in the housing world where we will answer questions and discuss Manchester's disastrous property landscape.
