[ZetaChain 🟩 @ZetaChain]

A snapshot of the XP program was taken, marking 90 days after the launch of ZetaChain Mainnet Beta!

All eligible users within the snapshotted data are permanently cemented in the first phase of ZetaChain. Next steps will be released after the data is consolidated and reviewed. All enrolled users retain their XP and can continue building their XP status level for what’s coming.

As a refresher, XP is a foundational loyalty program and data primitive based purely on on-chain ZetaChain activity, initially accessible through ZetaHub. XP has no monetary value.

The long-term goal of XP is to be a universal, open-source crypto loyalty program to help teams better understand and reward users through a variable, data standard. XP is built to scale with the broader community as more apps are indexed, strengthening its public indexing utility.

The XP standard is not only confined to pure ZetaChain EVM activity. As apps build powerful chain abstraction and omnichain interactions, the XP data layer will serve as a basis for understanding interactions across all connected chains.

Today, the XP program progresses on to a new phase that not only aims to continue generating meaningful on-chain usage for ZetaChain apps and the ecosystem, but also encourages the first apps to leverage this new holistic data primitive — with an ability to query XP total, Level, specific activities claimed, and more. Moving forward, XP operates on the same weekly claim cadence. New activities continue to be integrated, and older ones may be sunset.

The recently announced Ecosystem Growth Program (5% of total ZETA supply) as well as the User Growth Pool (10% of total ZETA supply) are both active and fully focused on meaningful growth of the ecosystem and app user bases. The XP data layer is a strategic component that aims to impact these goals.
