If you watch the other videos, it looks like he was disarmed by the guy in the gray jacket and literally a half second later another agent or someone yelled. He has a gun right before the shot was fired. Looks like the guy who turned around because he heard that is the one to make the first shot. Perhaps seeing that the guy on the ground had an empty holster in his back and perhaps assumed that’s what they were scuffling over. It happened so fast. It’s really hard to tell. Why is this footage so choppy also…

@acasalena - I hope this finds you well. I have almost 1000 domains with SS and have have major issues that I really would hope you would appreciate hearing. I understand domains is not your company focus, but if the goal was conversion to build on your platform, it has been tragically missed. I looked forward to the Google transfer at first, but quickly realized what I was in for. In a day of fast expectations, communication between humans becoming more and more distant distant, and AI integration rolling into customer service, it is the upmost importance to focus on customer support. We rely on your services to make our livelihood and have goals of achieving great things as business owners like you have. If the systems we decide to use, or are transitioned to loose sight that we are partners in our success together, I'm sure you can imagine what happens, and relate to a partner not holding up to their end of the deal. I have had to hire and spend countless hours of my time navigating faulty UI in your domains backend, experience errors consistently, have 0 bulk application tools, not even the most simple account billing management for all domains. For an E-Commerce focused company, I would have expected scalable tools and I point out that your company missed revenue from me because of this. Your UI will not allow bulk domain purchases beyond 6 as your windows do not scale to fit, on desktop and mobile. Your account transfers from google mysteriously disappeared causing my to almost loose valuable domains. If it were not for me staying up all night for days troubleshooting without support from SS I could have lost them. A major portion of what I have been building for many years with the goal of healing others with genetic conditions like myself would have been a detrimental blow both financially, and mentally to myself and others. Id love the opportunity to speak with you directly as these are just a few of the countless examples of why I am being forced to change services if nothing is addressed. I simply cant continue feel like a number instead of a respected customer or partner. You built this company with the goals of supporting individuals, so I please urge you as a CEO and Founder to log in and use your systems to be able to maintain and improve your company integrity and hold those in place accountable. Im sure you would quickly realize and join my frustration within your company. From what I have experienced a ground up review, planning, testing and quick execution is needed to continue your company success without loss in customers and unnecessary expenses and resources. I can understand if you have checked out since you built SS from the ground up to what it is today. After all the goal is to build, achieve success and then get back to focusing on life which matters most. But that being said, I put a reminder out for you and my future self to never forget what and who we fought so hard for. I hope to make sure we still try and connect to that as life and business changes. I hope to hear from you. Many blessings to you and your family in 2025.
