@_urbancowboy__ I had to do a double take and make sure that 2016 bully los didn’t make this post lol. Those guys were always at our shows for years and did a lot for their own side of the scene. Music is good, video is cringe but Hardcore’s been like that forever. My dropout 2 cents haha.
@Xnights_bloodX Lift all you want then do 30 of incline cardio. Put it to about 10 incline and do 2.7-3.0 speed. Do that for 3 months and slowly make the incline higher. Remember, this gym stuff is forever. So slow progress is still progress.
