Late Spring is hard to beat. Out field recording today along Dalarövägen this morning, concentrating on Garden Warbler, Icterine Warbler, Rosefinch and Red-backed Shrike. Collected three recorders that have been out for three weeks in Red-backed Shrike habitat.

Not done with Black-throated Divers yet and still after that elusive recording of multiple birds displaying. There are six present on this lake though, so passive recorders are going down. There are worse places to spend time than Swedish freshwater lakes.
Green Sandpipers in full display at a European Beaver wetland inside the forest at Tyresta National Park. A remarkable sound a sight. The third pair I have found this year and all are on sites created by this most remarkable mammal.
