Red cells in rouleaux formation with a circulating plasma cell. Myeloma patient with high immunoglobulin altering the zeta potential. Not to be confused with red cell agglutination commonly caused by IgM Ab (cold agglutinins) or cold reacting IgG Ab (anyone got a pic?)
