@DarronSubVet@lady_valor_07 As others have said, this is 40%. If you're talking about the 20% that's customary, it's probably been that way since the '90s. It used to be 15%. Now they're trying to kick it up to 40% and people aren't having that, and rightfully so. Can't pay your workers? Close your business
@lady_valor_07 You'll get 20% and like it and that's only if you do a decent job. Do an amazing job and you might get more. Tipping is a voluntary payment, not mandatory. Keeps workers incentivized to do a good job. But if they do a good job and you don't tip then you are trash imo.
