Every morning on my way to the office, I notice people leaving Sarjapur Road.
And every evening on my way back, I see them still leaving.

Has anyone ever truly managed to leave it, or is it just Bangalore’s version of Hotel California?

My Ola Electric service pickup guy called me at 12:30 am asking if he could pick up my vehicle in an hour. I denied because of the ungodly hour he suggested.

I often read posts complaining about an extra hour of work or a weekend added to their roster and people immediately calling out toxic culture.

What are we going to do about this? Raise our voices or let blue-collar workers deal with it because they don't have Twitter?

Then he called me at 6:30 am, again asking for a pickup at an odd time, but I was awake so I went and gave him the vehicle, only to realize he hadn't gone home the whole night and was waiting for my pickup.

He said, "Sir bejan pickup idde, madila andre ugitare".

Bhavish Aggarwal, the motor that supports two wheels (I wouldn't even call it a scooter) has a lot of issues, so I understand you get a lot of service requests. But you should optimize elsewhere, not make the last-mile employees suffer! The pickup guy was literally 20-21 yrs old!

Meaning: I have a lot of pickups, if I don't do it, I'll get scolded and abused so I didn't go home.

Even though I know it's the company's fault, I feel guilty about not giving him the vehicle at 1:30 am.

@porterit_ I run a start-up too so I understand challenges that come with it but this level of torture is unacceptable, it's pure evil so I had no choice but to file a consumer complaint. Headsup I'll be considering legal action. FYI not a threat, what you did to me was unfair.

@porterit_ Your customer service should join the police force, they would get all the information out from the criminal with their amazing torture skills. I have never been tortured by any company like this. You guys have managed to make a grown man cry and screw up his mental health.
