Note that I am not part of this debate, just sharing a piece of important info so either side can use this as they will.(it will be in the next reply cause limit)

@THChrisB @SwissyDontMissy @ULTRAS_KO So people like Toji(whose physical body and senses are basically max stats), they may not see the curse itself but they can sense everything around it as it is a still an entity with a physical form, a curse can still interact with the environment such as cracking the ground.

@star_shonagon So basically the ranking was originally based on “how much of a threat they are to humanity” and since ORT is asleep most of the time, it’s not much of an active threat. With the remake, there also a theory that the ranking are based on their “idea blood”
