@BankofAmerica, why am I not surprised. Even after all the complaints and the form letter apology addressed to 'dear customer', still haven't received my bank card nor any other real communication from BOA. Why are they still in business? #CancelBOA

w/ @BankofAmerica for 26 years. Finally decide to get a credit card and for an ENTIRE WEEK, every phone call, each associate "saw" my approved account and promised the card was in the mail. Final call today, no credit card account was ever established. Been lied to all this time.
