Hey @oreillyauto I have a commercial account I do thousands of dollars of business with you and this is how I’m treated when trying to return a tool that broke right out of the package. Is this what you call customer service?

@oreillyauto I bought these to try them out opened the package and this is what I saw. No tool marks, no abuse, just a broken tool. I was turned away by 2 employees.. Again I do thousands of dollars in commercial business a year. Should I go elsewhere? @autozone @theNAPAnetwork
