UGC CREATORS: If you're a UGC creator interested in allowing GUESTY to feature your content, or if you're seeking broader exposure within the Roblox market, please reach out. Your UGC may be utilized for character customization, offered as rewards, or bundled as purchasable character outfits for Robux.

When players equip your UGC, it will be showcased on-screen throughout their entire gameplay. Once they select a skin, a dedicated menu will list all your active items. Furthermore, a persistent button will be available in the top menu bar, enabling players to purchase your UGC at any moment during their game experience.

While Guesty may not be among the largest games, with our consistent player base of 400-1k daily concurrent players, your UGC has the potential for substantial exposure and promotion.

Guesty has been reinstated and the DMCA strike has been removed from my account. Thank you @Seebass404 for retracting the claim after the item had been removed. I know you didn’t intend for the whole game to be taken down, especially permanently.

I think this entire situation can serve as multiple lessons to developers, UGC creators, and Roblox as a whole.

1. First and foremost, the way DMCAs are handled needs to be overhauled. I don’t own Guesty, haven’t owned Guesty in 3+ years, wasn’t aware of this happening, and for some reason MY account was the one that was given the dmca strike and the warning for an update that was released last week unbeknownst to me.

2. Game developers CANNOT use UGC items in their games without explicit consent from the creators of said UGC. The middle ground that could exist is showing purchase prompts on items you do use to essentially advertise ugc items in exchange for their use in your game.

3. Roblox needs to handle DMCA responses appropriately. No matter if you are a UGC creator or a game developer, I think we can all agree that an entire game should not be taken down forever over a UGC item that was mistakenly placed in the game for one update.

Thank you everyone for your support and getting this situation out there. Thank you roblox for promptly handling this within 24 hours, but it’s clear there is some change that needs to happen.

IMPORTANT: An alarming precent is being set on Roblox. My game, Guesty, which has almost 100M visits, has been completely taken down over a DMCA from the use of one UGC item. Roblox is refusing to reinstate the game EVEN AFTER the UGC item has been completely removed from the game. How is this fair?? @Roblox @robloxdevrel

Today is the 1 Year Anniversary for my favorite game of all time, #ELDENRING ! Elden Ring is a masterpiece, and is a must play. It's a bit of a challenge, but i highly recommend checking it out, even if you haven't played the original Souls Games. It's a perfect starting point!

Once I get some motivation to upload again, I might try to upload some content on other games, beside Guesty and Panik, until they get some more content. I might even branch out a bit and go back to my past content, with games outside of Roblox, as it's been very dry recently.

Overall, I think this update is a HUGE step in the right direction, and I hope we get more gameplay updates like it! The bundles are also amazing! Angler might be one of my favorite bundles ever added, I'm a huge fan of aquatic creature-like skins! 👍

What do you guys think of the Daily Shop Update in Guesty? I think this is one of the best updates we've ever gotten, and if skins get added to it consistently, this could be the BEST update to come to Guesty! The skins inside of the Daily Shop "loot pool" are sick also!

- The price for Legendries and Rares should be lowered a bit. Instead of Legendries being around 25k Coins, why not 10k or 5k, or instead of Rares being around 10k Coins, why not 5k or 2k? Ally Papa was 25k Coins, and was a godly, so some of these skins are a bit overpriced.
