@Salvx12 Businesses have to find the money somewhere, so they put prices up, employ fewer people or cut hours. Everything becomes more expensive, so people need another pay rise. And round it goes. Workers aren’t necessarily any better off and businesses struggle. It’s a vicious circle.
@ABridgen We were branded far right for wanting secure borders in our own country. Now they want to send our sons to secure Ukraine’s. Will Keir Starmer and the politicians pushing this send their own sons to fight? Over my dead body will mine fight for a country that’s abandoned them.
@growler110@owenjonesjourno Unemployment in the UK has risen to 4.5%, the highest in nearly four years. Job vacancies are declining and wage growth is slowing. The Bank of England has responded by cutting interest rates, because clearly everything is going just perfectly.
@simon_oakden@PaddyBriggs@Keir_Starmer@reformparty_uk Starmer won’t face the public because he knows he’d fold like a cheap suit under real scrutiny. He’s scared stiff of speaking to real people, even the ones he claims to represent. He’ll continue to hide behind staged events. He’s an absolute shitbag.
@LGBTQPrideUK@confusedteacups@sharrond62 Ah yes, let’s force women to let any man perform their painful, intimate mammogram—because who cares about trauma, comfort, or the fact that some have survived sexual abuse? Their bodies are public property now? What a delightful person you are.
@PolitlcsUK Robert Jenrick ran 26 miles to raise money for charity. Keir Starmer responded with a punchline. Because nothing says “man of the people” like mocking someone’s fundraising effort. Bravo, Keir. What a vile man he is.
@OliverRyanUK Pretty shocking to see an MP insulting voters and throwing around childish digs. You’d expect better from someone elected to represent people. If this is how they handle disagreement, no wonder trust in politics is so low.
Vote Reform.
@Keir_Starmer YOU are not giving anyone a pay rise. Some businesses will not survive due to the increase in wage, the raise in NI and the lowering of the NI threshold all at the same time. But who cares! This government is a disgrace, it’s obvious you have no clue about running a business.
@Bounce_BackLoan I’m no fan of Kemi Badenoch, but the way Keir Starmer speaks to her is disgusting and misogynistic. Referring to her as “she” instead of the Right Honourable Member is plain disrespectful. It shows his true colors—he wouldn’t speak to a male MP like that. Absolutely disgraceful.
@HarrietSergeant Raising the retirement age, keeping older workers in jobs longer, while businesses struggle and cut staff due to economic pressures. Young people face fewer opportunities. If companies aren’t hiring and older workers can’t retire, where exactly are the jobs coming from? Idiotic!
