@sethweathers Lived in Johns Creek almost 4 years. They only reason we sold was because our house doubled in value and we wanted a bigger backyard. It's an amazing place and neighbors from all countries around the world are welcome there. I've never felt safer and I grew up in small town Iowa.
@devonkanis@itspikaaa Recharging the battery is not the same as maintenance. Unless you think everytime you are at a gas station its maintenance, never heard that take before. Air in tires is free or minimal because the vehicle has it built into the truck bed.
@pnwpinkfloydfan@itspikaaa Not too worried since I have an 8 year 175,000 battery warranty with degradation protection. It's $15k but expected to last 15 years or more.
@xj92a42@AustyUSA What kind of batteries? I have a ryobi self propelled with batteries that are six years old with no issues. Just bought a zero turn electric and it costs $.13 each time I cut. Do you let batteries get cold in the winter?
@Jmyers26092068@AustyUSA A bit of an exaggeration. My zero turn only takes 4 hours to charge from 0 and I cut .5 acre twice before charging. Batteries can be swaped out. With average yard size of less than .25 acres, you could cut 4-5 yards easy. Rotating two batteries charging off my truck it's possible
@FooteMiles@realjohnmonarch@RJScaringe@Uber For now, give it time. They lost nearly 50% of their profit since last year. Tesla launched production in 2012. Rivian in 2021. Nearly 14 years of EPA credit sales vs 4. Not at all the same market. Politics is playing a huge factor.
@realjohnmonarch@FooteMiles@RJScaringe@Uber It's always interesting to me that a lot of ppl don't remember how Tesla sold EPA credits to become profitable. Just a side note
@ScottBennet0245 @Hannahmeowe @the_transit_guy When was it mandatory or u lose your job? How did it fail to protect? This is why we are cooked, education is low and looking to go lower.
