Second issue: UPS lost my package, I started a claim through them and according to them I won, so I should be refunded. The information is sent to StockX and your customerservice refuses to give me the information I need to get my money back.

I'm once again asking for help on two cases since your customerservice just doesn't respond to my emails/doesn't help me out.
A shoe from a bulk package got lost while all other shoes are authenticated? StockX says I didn't ship, while I did.

@stockx 1 Month ago I got this email saying that my bulk package worth β¬900 wasn't recieved after which I replied with drop-off receipt + proof of delivery. The mail said to get this issue resolved quickly. 1 month further, multiple cases opened but 0 answers. Please help!
