@Ditheesh47 @IndiGo6E Avoid this airline at all costs.
Currently stranded in Jakarta airport from yesterday coz this airline delayed and in the process I missed my connecting flight. They refuse to put me on the next flight without paying a lot of money. I don't have the money so I'm stuck. AVOID.

@nixen_noel @IndiGo6E I hear you. This is the worst airline ever. I'm stranded at Jakarta with no way to reach home. This airline has no care for their customers.

Could you kindly put me on the next flight to Nairobi from Jakarta? And don't send me to your staff at the airport, because they are unhelpful and just want money that I don't have. This is an SOS call.

@IndiGo6E
I am very upset with this airline. I'm stranded in Jakarta and this airline refuses to put me on the next flight, yet they are the ones that delayed so I missed my flight.
I just want to get home. Without paying extra charges for the airline's mistake.
