I'm proud to have had the opportunity to work with these wonderful people. They're fighting hard to protect residents from a nefarious landlord who has blighted many lives for many years. They're finally getting somewhere but need your help - please share & donate @peach_E16
A Council that says it’s concerned about lonliness; while charging local community groups rent for using Municipal buildings, is all at once talking out of both sides of it’s mouth & scoring an own goal. It’s yet another unintended consequence of siloed approaches to #localgov
@claretostevin@rustic_clutter@rbhousing@rbhtowncentre Yep. Survey was co-created with residents & had 138 responses. Had direct conversations with 35 people at local clubs, we worked with 2 tenant groups to make sure we'd covered what people wanted and with 6 residents reviewers to create recommendations. Everyone did a great job
Thanks Clare. It was wonderful to work with @rbhousing and the residents. Proper #coproduction. A brilliant example of how to really engage residents in #regeneration
Put this report together with @MichaelMarmot & climate emergency declared by all & it’s clear we need a complete reset. Local govt needs to unite & work with Govt in good faith to do so. Key opportunities to respond this yr: Budget, Devo White Paper, Spending Review & COP26
