The 6'6 forward avg 13.9 pts, 5.3 rebs, 2.5 assts per game. UTRGV was +13.3 points better on defense per 100 possessions with Cotton on the floor.

BREAKING: DePaul has landed a commitment from 6-foot-5 Tulsa guard Ade Popoola per @CBB_Central.

The rising senior shot 40.9 percent from beyond the arc in 2025-26.

Also averaged 44.7 percent from deep on 7.6 attempts per game in the Golden Hurricanes’ NIT runner-up campaign.

DePaul will have three seven footers on its roster for the second season in a row:

•7-foot-2 Fabián Flores (returner)
•7-foot-0 Wilson Jacques (Fresno State)
•7-foot-0 Magoon Gwath (San Diego State)

And this time, all three of them will play regular rotation minutes.

Paul Reed just set the Pistons record for most made field goals without a miss (26 points on 11-11 shooting), and Chris Holtmann landed a commitment from a 19-point per game scorer with a legit interior game a few hours prior.

BREAKING: DePaul has landed a commitment from Wofford transfer guard Kahmare Holmes.

The 6-foot-3 rising junior averaged 19.8 points and shot 35.2 percent from deep for the Terriers in 2025-26.

Holmes also posted a gaudy defensive rebounding rate of 17.3 percent per KenPom.

BREAKING: DePaul has earned its first commitment of the transfer cycle in 7-foot-0 Fresno State center Wilson Jacques, per @JonChep.

The Metz, France native averaged 8.8 points and 8.8 rebounds for the Bulldogs a season ago and shot 30.8 percent from beyond the arc.
