If so, moving the show specifically to Tuesday at 8 p.m. seems blatantly strategic to intentionally use Adam Copeland against his former promotion.

@SeanRossSapp AEW is "strategically waiting" till next Tuesday for Copeland's debut match to target NXT. They've got a Dynamite show tomorrow, Rampage on Friday, and Collision this Saturday.

There's no such thing as coincidental scheduling on tv nowadays.

1 - AEW/WWE will always react to what the other one does because they are competitors, like any top 2 brands.

2 - Dynamite was moved to Tuesday against NXT. Not Monday vs Raw, Thursday vs Impact, or Friday vs Smackdown.

@AndrewBaydala This is a case of hyper-brand loyalty taken to extremes because fans view pro wrestling as a sport, not entertainment. WWE/AEW are seen as teams and their rosters are seen as players. That's why ppl are losing it like they did with LeBron, Brady, and Damon going to a rival team.

@SJ_20251302 @AndrewBaydala I didn't say it was the right/wrong thing to do. But it is bittersweet that Edge came back to regain the title retirement forced him to relinquish. That went unfulfilled for an entire 3-year run and no title of any kind the whole time either. So there was still more to do in WWE.

@JDfromNY206 It was inevitable that they'd team up Jey with Cody. This is the natural progression after teaming Jey with Sami and Kevin. It's how we eventually get all four at SS War Games.

@JDfromNY206 The one bitter pill in this whole scenario is what WWE failed to do for Edge. He never got to regain the title he had to relinquish when he was forced to retire. That story still remains incomplete.

Let's hope it ends up differently for Cody.
