@Pyrogar1 Forever is essentially a reboot. It goes back to a specific point in time and says: what if we took a different route?

That said, I get the interest in a more conventional "reboot" with a full world revamp.

@MrGMYT Legacy WoW doesn't interest me in the slightest right now. 😐 Happy for the people who still play, though!

Hopefully The Last Titan brings back some of that magic of discovering 'new' places.

- Warcraft 2 style ranger tattoos/war paint.
- A 'Ranger' or 'Elven Ranger' title for your character.
- Alliance.

@Portergauge The bigger issue for me is why aren't we exploring the Highvale elves instead of a new race? The experience could be the exact same, only us High Elfers would feel it's more genuine.

@Krelivane @Warcraft @WarcraftDevs @wowclassicdevs I like them, but there's literally nothing about them which couldn't be done by expanding the Highvale elf lore in the Hinterlands.

The issue isn't the Skyborne themselves, it's the fact that Blizzard looked at all the High Elf chatter and went "yes but no".

@xKaedos This lore is decent, but:

1) Why would their society splinter to the extend that Shamans go Horde and Mages Alliance, after 1000s of years? Seems rash.

2) The problem is that regular High Elves, even ones with Shamanistic/wind themes, are right there in the Hinterlands.

@moistboxer @JezCorden Just look at the forums and social media. Everywhere you go, people are saying it should have been regular High Elves + Ogres.

@QueldoreiCEO @WatcherDev @ChrisMetzen @TheWindstalker They should rework them into Highvale elves from the Hinterlands. Most of the work they've put in can be kept, it's mainly a backstory issue. Plus the blue skin colour should be an option, not the default in their official art.

@Laganish Not sure I follow. Older zones in retail WoW still use their old Vanilla-MoP era textures, and we visit them all the time with our modern character models.

How would this be any different (as an optional toggle)?

@BellularGaming Feels like only yesterday when I watched your stream exploring the Legion beta. What's scarier still is the fact that, at the time, Legion felt like the modern era with WoD, MoP, Cata etc. in the rear view mirror. Time is a scary thing!

@AliceThePurple The secrets of Beledar remain wrapped in mystery. While Archaedas' story suggests it could be 'calcified worldsoul essence,' it should be noted that he was confused and unsure why he was telling us all of this. It is possible somebody tampered with his memory to deceive us.
