Your lack of imagination is telling. How do you square that with games like Skyrim where you have thousands year old ruins in a game only 14 years old? It's a rough analogy, but it works. It certainly gives us a template for how something can appear, and by every indication is, far older than it actually is. Two things can be true at once.

If God created the universe, then God, by definition, is not bound by its rules. Science can only explain that which is within His creation. God is not bound by our science just as game developers are not bound by the systems of worlds they create.

No but it IS spread by kissing, and promiscuity means you're kissing a LOT of people over your life. Meaning if you have it you're probably spreading it to that many people and, if you don't, you're far more likely to catch it. It's gross.
