Ran a slow #STEPN 5k in zone 2 recovery. Quads felt quite fatigued at a faster pace, so took this one nice and slow.

Added single leg RDLs with 30 lb dumbbells, 10 reps on each side x3. Read somewhere that they strengthen the posterior chain 🙄

Went for a longer #STEPN run attempt but could only get 45 mins out of the runner before switching to a trainer. Also making a mental note that 8:36 AM local time is quite a congested time zone for GMT earning.

April '26 will forever be remembered as one of DeFi's darkest months, with millions fleeing the ecosystem due to exploit-driven fear.

After hitting an ecosystem TVL ATH (SOL) in March, we felt the ecosystem impact, but you can't keep a cloud down for long.

In April, Sanctum was the only top-4 protocol to grow in SOL & USD terms, and we've just reached another new SOL ATH this week.

It seems like there is more interest in GMT earning on Solana realm now, which is negatively affecting my GMT earning. But more interest is better in my opinion!

@billstepn Depends a bit on how many people are running/walking for GMT at the time. Taking the global average of the multiple times I've taken my sneaker out for GMT earning, it's 3 GMT/min x 100 min, so that's 300 GMT.
