اولا اسلام را ما درهای مملکت را باز کردیم به روی اعراب، خودمان پذیرایشان شدیم، عین الان که بعضی‌ها می‌بینند طرفدار این هستند که اسرائیل بیاید ایران را بگیرد، آمریکا بیاید ایران را بگیرد، این برای دومین بار هست این اتفاق می‌افتد، اولین بار در زمان اعراب بوده که از ظلم و جور و ستم ساسانیان ، شاهان و مغ‌های زرتشتی ظلم و ستم در حدی که فقط حدود صد هزار تا مزدکی زنده به گور شده بودند، از دست روحانیان حالا روحانی نماهای زرتشت و اینقدر ظلم و ستم فراوان بود که ایران دروازه های خودش را باز کردند به روی اعراب، اسلام را پذیرفتند و روی دو چشمشان پذیرفتند…
مغول‌ها را ایرانی‌ها مسلمان کردند. چه کسی آنها را مسلمان کرد؟ ما کردیم، ما اینکار را کردیم. چطور میشد که آنها بیایند با خونریزی و… و بعد ما بشویم مسلمان دو آتشه، یعنی نیاکان ما اینقدر بی بته بوده‌اند؟ نه اینطور نبوده….

This year, the spotlight turns to rangelands: the vast, living landscapes that sustain billions of lives yet remain among the most undervalued ecosystems on Earth.

⚡Why Rangelands Matter⚡

Rangelands are among the world's most extensive yet most overlooked ecosystems. Covering more than half of the Earth's land surface, they play a vital role in food security, water cycles, biodiversity conservation and climate resilience supporting the lives of around two billion people worldwide, including many pastoralists and Indigenous Peoples whose knowledge and stewardship have sustained these landscapes for generations.
Yet these critical ecosystems are in crisis.
According to UNCCD, up to half of the world's rangelands are already degraded, with some disappearing faster than rainforests putting food security, water availability, and pastoralist cultures at serious risk.
The cost of inaction is staggering. Drought, land degradation and desertification are costing the global community an estimated US$878 billion every year.

Through Desertification and Drought Day 2026, countries and communities are invited to:
👉Recognize rangelands' economic contribution to national and regional economies, their role in sustaining biodiversity and wildlife, and the multiple benefits they provide — from regulating water cycles to storing carbon.
👉Respect pastoralists, Indigenous Peoples and local communities, whose mobility, customary governance systems and ecological knowledge are essential to maintaining the health and productivity of these landscapes.
👉Restore degraded rangelands to secure livelihoods and ecosystem services for future generations.

⚡Global Observance: Kenya 2026⚡

This year's observance is hosted in Kenya the first time in nearly a decade that the African continent holds this honour. @UNCCD Executive Secretary Yasmine Fouad stated: "These landscapes are vital for food, water, biodiversity and climate resilience. By recognising their value, respecting their traditional stewards and restoring rangelands back to health, we can strengthen the livelihoods of two billion people."
This day was established following the Rio Earth Summit of 1992, where desertification, climate change and biodiversity loss were identified as the greatest challenges to sustainable development. The United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) the sole legally binding international agreement linking environment to sustainable land management was founded in 1994.

The fight for healthy land is a fight for our shared future. Today, we commit to recognizing, respecting, and restoring the rangelands our world depends on.

۱۷ ژوئن، روز جهانی مبارزه با بیابان‌زایی و خشکسالی، امسال بر «مراتع: شناخت، احترام، احیا» تمرکز دارد؛ مراتعی که خاک، رطوبت، آبخوان‌ها، معیشت و کنترل گرد و غبار به آن وابسته‌اند.
بیابان‌زایی فقط گسترش کویر نیست؛ کاهش بارندگی، تبخیر بالا، افت آب‌های زیرزمینی، شور شدن خاک و نابودی پوشش گیاهی، سرزمین‌ها را به خشکی پایدار می‌کشاند.

Severe physical pain and psychological distress are an inherent part of the design and implementation of all capital punishment, and the practice must be abolished immediately, said Morris Tidball-Binz, UN Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions in a report to the UN Human Rights Council today.

Based on testimonies from death row survivors, their relatives, forensic evidence and academic research, the report unequivocally finds that the cumulative and prolonged death penalty process generates suffering so severe that it amounts to torture and violates international law.

“The death penalty is not only a denial of the right to life, but also an affront to human dignity for those subjected to it and their relatives at all stages of the prolonged and torturous process,” Tidball-Binz said.

The Special Rapporteur is a forensic doctor with extensive experience in documenting torture.

The report examines all stages of capital punishment from the perspective of men and women facing it and their families: starting with arrest, interrogation and pre-trial detention, through to trial, sentencing and imprisonment, followed by the execution itself and its aftermath.

The findings reveal that each stage of the process generates deep and lasting trauma which extends to children, spouses and other relatives long after their loved one is executed.

“The death penalty is also plagued by racial and other forms of discrimination and inequality, disproportionately impacting people of African-descent and foreign nationals, as well as those living in poverty and with disabilities,” the expert said. “The death penalty compounds the vulnerability of marginalised communities, including exposure to wrongful convictions.”

Exonerated death row prisoners and their relatives, interviewed by the expert, qualified the continuous terror and uncertainty of a pending execution, combined with humiliating treatment, dire prison conditions, isolation and coercion, amongst other abuses, as “psychological warfare.”

“Capital punishment amounts to a State-controlled regime of deliberate suffering, which has no place in a criminal justice system founded on human rights,” said Tidball-Binz. “Only immediate abolishment can ensure compliance with State obligations and respect for human life and dignity.”

موضوع نجات از اعتیاد برای ما متفاوت از آن چیزی است که سایر تشکل ها ممکن است آن را دنبال کنند. آنها صرفا بحثشان این است که یک نفر از اعتیاد نجات پیدا بکند، ما هدفمان احیای هویت انسانی و احیای شأن و کرامت و منزلت انسانی است. این موضوع ارتباط تنگاتنگی با حقوق بشر مدرن دارد که ارائه خواهیم داد و بخشیش را صحبت کردیم و سازمان صلح طاهری عهده دار آن هست. در حقوق بشر نوین احیای هویت و شأن و منزلت و کرامت انسانی در یک اولویت بالایی قرار دارد و اولین نقطه‌ایست که روی آن دست گذاشته می‌شود. یعنی انسان بدون شأن و کرامت و منزلت، بقیه مسائل و موارد دیگر براش ارزش و اهمیتی ندارد.

World Refugee Day is an international day designated by the United Nations, observed every year on June 20. It honors the courage, strength, and resilience of millions of people forced to flee their homes due to war, persecution, or disaster.

The UN officially established this day in 2000, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the 1951 Refugee Convention the landmark document that defines who a refugee is and outlines their rights and the legal obligations of states toward them.

روز جهانی پناهندگان

اصطلاح «پناهنده» یا «پناهجو» به کسانی اطلاق می‌شود که در پی تهدید امنیت جانی یا محرومیت‌های اساسی از کشور خود گریخته‌اند. طبق اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، هر انسانی در برابر آزار و اذیت، حق تقاضا و استفاده از پناهندگی در کشورهای دیگر را داراست. پناهندگان باید از حمایت بین‌المللی برخوردار شوند و هیچ دولتی نباید فردی را مجبور به بازگشت به کشوری کند.

صدور حکم ۱۸ سال حبس، تبعید و محرومیت دائمی از وکالت برای جواد علیکردی

#جواد_علیکردی، وکیل دادگستری و برادر زنده‌یاد #خسرو_علیکردی، از وکلای دادگستری جان‌باخته، در تاریخ ۲۰ آذر ۱۴۰۴ پس از برگزاری مراسم برادرش، در محل کار خود در مشهد بازداشت شد. او پس از انتقال به یکی از بازداشتگاه‌های امنیتی، به زندان وکیل‌آباد مشهد منتقل شد و هم‌اکنون در این زندان محبوس است.

شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب مشهد، جواد علیکردی را به مجموع ۱۸ سال حبس، انفصال دائم از حرفه وکالت، دو سال تبعید به سراوان و دو سال منع خروج از کشور محکوم کرده است.
بکارگیری عناوین کلی و تفسیرپذیر برای تحمیل چنین مجموعه سنگینی از مجازات‌ها، با اصل قانونی ‌بودن جرم و مجازات، ضرورت ارائه ادله روشن و قابل ارزیابی و حق برخورداری از دادرسی عادلانه سازگار نیست.
انتقاد، اظهارنظر، پیگیری حقوقی و دفاع از حقوق شهروندان را نمی‌توان بدون اثبات دقیق و مستند یک رفتار مجرمانه مشخص، مبنای چنین مجازات‌های سنگینی قرار داد.

در نگاهی مبتنی بر حقوق بشر و کرامت انسانی، نهادهای حکومتی موظف به حفظ حقوق و آزادی‌های مردم هستند. استفاده از ابزارهای قضایی برای محدود کردن مطالبه‌گری، دفاع از حقوق دیگران یا فعالیت‌های حرفه‌ای، با این مسئولیت سازگار نیست.

امنیت پایدار نیز از مسیر احترام به حقوق شهروندان، پاسخگویی نهادها و حفظ استقلال جامعه حقوقی شکل می‌گیرد، نه با زندان، تبعید و محرومیت حرفه‌ای.

در این نگاه، مسئولان در جایگاه خدمت به ملت قرار دارند و قانون باید حافظ کرامت، آزادی و حقوق شهروندان باشد. محروم‌ کردن یک وکیل از آزادی و ادامه فعالیت حرفه‌ای، با این مسئولیت سازگار نیست.

انفصال دائمی از وکالت صرفاً مجازاتی علیه یک فرد نیست؛ این تصمیم، حذف همیشگی یک وکیل از عرصه دفاع و هشداری تنبیهی به جامعه حقوقی است. استقلال وکلا زمانی معنا دارد که آنان به دلیل انجام وظایف حرفه‌ای، اظهارنظر حقوقی، پیگیری حقیقت و دفاع از حقوق شهروندان با زندان، تبعید و محرومیت دائمی از حرفه خود مواجه نشوند.

این احکام، به‌ شدت نامتناسب و ناقض حقوق انسانی، مدنی و حرفه‌ای جواد علیکردی است.
این اتهامات و مجازات‌ها باید فورا لغو شوند و آزادی فوری ایشان، رفع تمامی محدودیت‌های تحمیل‌ شده و رسیدگی مستقل، علنی و بی‌طرفانه به پرونده در چارچوب کامل تضمین‌های دادرسی عادلانه در دستور کار قرار گیرد.

نمودهای زامبی‌گری در سطح جهان

مهم این است که الان ما بیشتر از این گیر زامبی‌گری نیفتیم. ببینید اخبار را نمی‌گویند که زامبی‌گری است، می‌گویند عدم تعادل روانی یا یک چیزهای دیگر روی آن می‌گذارند. اگر قرار باشد که یک کالبد شکافی جرائم در سطح دنیا رخ بدهد، الان زامبی‌گری رو به رشد است.
جنایات بی‌انگیزه، مثل همون خانمی که، مسافر معمولی بیاید بنشنید جلو، بدون هیچ شناخت قبلی، بدون هیچ انگیزه‌ای، بدون هیچ صحبتی، بدون هیچ چیزی که از این مسئله سودی گیر او بیاید، نفعی گیرش بیاید جز اینکه نابود بشود و یک فاجعه درست کند، این فاجعه یک فاجعه جهانی است، صرفاً یک قتل ساده نیست، یک حادثه نیست.
من از شما سوال می‌کنم، دست رو دست هم بگذاریم؟ هیچ کاری نکنیم یا بیایم داد بزنیم، هشدار هشدار؟!

نگاهی به مفهوم آزادی
(بخش اول)

آزادی شاید یکی از پرکاربردترین واژه‌هایی است که انسان از وقتی که خود را شناخته همواره به آن فکر کرده و بر زبان آورده و کم و کیف آن را دنبال نموده و همواره آرزوی دست یابی به آن را در سر پرورانده است؛ بدون آنکه مفهوم دقیق آن را بداند. یعنی در واقع میتوان گفت انسان تصویر نارسایی از آزادی را در ذهن خود دارد که با آنچه در حقیقت آن خوابیده، فاصله بسیار زیادی دارد. مفهوم آزادی در طول تاریخ جان میلیون ها انسان را گرفته و عده بسیار زیادی را ناکام به سینه گورستان‌ها فرستاده است. اما یک سوال مهم در اینجا مطرح می‌شود که آزادی و رهایی نسبت به چه چیز؟....

نگاهی به مفهوم آزادی
(بخش دوم)

در اذهان انسان‌ها موضوعی به سادگی جا افتاده که من اختیار خودم را دارم و یا چهاردیواری و اختیاری. اما قانون ارتباط می گوید همه چیز در این هستی به هم مرتبطند و همه چیز تحت تاثیر همدیگر قرار دارند و هیچ چیز مستقلی در این کیهان وجود ندارد. بخصوص انسان ها که چه از نظر درونی و چه در ظاهر متاثر از همدیگر هستند. اگر فردی در خانه خود که چهار دیواری و اختیاری است با اهل خانواده خود دعوا کند، آن روز تعداد زیادی از افرادی که با این شخص و خانواده او در ارتباط قرار می گیرند، از این دعوا تاثیر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم بدی را دریافت می کنند. یا اگر کسی در منزل خود اقدام به مصرف مخدرها و مشروبات الکی و… کند، همه جامعه خواه ناخواه تحت تاثیر این عمل او قرار خواهند گرفت و راندمان توانایی جامعه و در نهایت دنیا کاهش پیدا می کند و مشکلات این عده به دیگران انتقال پیدا می کند...

نگاهی به مفهوم آزادی
(بخش پایانی)

آزادی بدون مهار عوامل نامطلوب امکان ندارد و در حقیقت: «آزادی یعنی مهار». به عبارت دیگر، اگر ما خود را مهار کردیم آزاد هستیم. در غیر اینصورت آزادی ما بلای جانمان خواهد شد و سرانجام به ورطه نابودی خواهیم افتاد. درست مانند یک کشتی که آزاد است در اقیانوس به هر سمتی برود. اما اگر مهار نشود قطعا با صخره‌ها و موانع مختلف برخورد خواهد کرد. در صورتی که در ظاهر حرکت یک کشتی در هر جهتی در اقیانوس هیچ محدودیتی ندارد. اما این سکان است که به آزادی کشتی معنا می دهد و برای او هویت می سازد. بطوریکه کشتی بدون هویت که معلوم نیست به کجا می خواهد برود، محکوم به برخورد به صخره‌ها و گرفتار شدن در دست امواج سهمگین و یا هزاران خطر دیگر است. پس آزادی بدون هویت و بدون تعیین اینکه حامل آزادی به کجا می خواهد برود، مخرب و خانمانسوز است پس:
آزادی منهای هویت مخرب بوده و جنبه سازندگی ندارد...
