@amazon what’s your policy for deliveries? Honestly asking because past 2 deliveries tracking shows the driver on my street and I have video to prove it and they bypass my house not doing the delivery. Then tracking goes off.

@RYOBItoolsusa so disappointed with the Ryobi hammer drill PBLHM101. While using it today it stopped working. It won’t reverse and my bit is stuck. Can’t remove it. Never had any issues with your drill before. Bought it in Dec and it’s already done and I don’t use it frequently
