POP3/SMTP: It appears additional issues have appeared resulting from the migration to new hardware overnight. We are awaiting more advice from our supplier. Please expect interrupted service for now.
POP3/SMTP issue: The issue was caused by an IP address change of the server during migration to new hardware, which was not communicated. Therefore DNS got stale. We updated DNS, which resolved the issue. Sorry for any inconveniences.
POP3/SMTP issue: Still no ETA. The OS disk has failed and system is being re-instated. User data is safe and will be available once the server is back online.
POP3/SMTP issue: Our supplier is suspecting a hard drive issue. All on server mail is safe. Remediation will continue through the night. We have no ETA.
