How can I thank the team at the @BluestoneLane in @EWRairport Terminal A?

They were the most human, kind, and helpful to me while I scrambled to make an impossible connection.

Have had a nightmare of travel the past few days (delays, missed connections, lost AND stolen bags, etc etc). I found myself in Terminal A at Newark trying to get to a new flight only to discover that the new flight was out of Terminal C.

The guy at Bluestone Lane was, first off, so ridiculously kind. Most airport restaurant managers (pretty sure he was the manager?) are sleeping through the job, which I totally understand. But he was excited about helping me figure out what to order, describing different options and why they were great. This took me off guard and actually made my day in spite of how awful traveling has been. When I realized I was in the wrong terminal, his team sprung into action to advise me on what to do.

They shared a shortcut to make it to Terminal C without going through security again and make my flight in record time, AND they sped up my food order so I wasnt hungry!

I had to RUN to this unexpectedly hidden shuttle that they told me how to get to. And I definirely didnt get the chance to thank them for their hospitality and the fact that their advice worked!

The internet is usually people amplifying messages of anger, and my posts don’t always get the reach they used to. So I’m hoping if you read this, you can help me get the message out there to them, or tell me where to send the compliments.

So help me figure out how? 😊
