This was a debate in response to mine and Nathaniel Dyes petition “Act to ensure Bills backed by MPs & public can complete all stages in Parliament” which was signed by over 114,000 people.
We want the Government to ensure that when Bills are democratically passed, they have the time to complete all their stages in Parliament, including reaching a vote in The Lords. We believe this is important to uphold democracy.
