Even the CCD model of quick justice and nafay mai pistol is failing to control the rape cases in Punjab.
If we can publicly hang the masterminds of 2014 APS attack despite the international commitments i request the authorities to execute pedophiles & rapists publicly as well 🙏

A young resident doctor earns 110-120K/month with works weeks ranging from 65-75 hrs/week.
This many work hours in extremely stressful environment unlike any other field and yet I am seeing people questioning PIMS doctors protesting on petrol hikes. Crazy country.
HIV PREVENTION ‼️
HIV prevention comes down to stopping the virus from entering your bloodstream. Here are the main ways to lower risk:
1. Safer sex practices
• Condoms: Use latex or polyurethane condoms correctly every time for vaginal, anal, and oral sex. They block HIV transmission.
• Limit partners: Fewer sexual partners = lower exposure risk.
• Get tested together: Know your status and your partner’s status. Many people with HIV don’t know they have it.
2. PrEP - Pre-exposure prophylaxis
• Daily pill or long-acting injection for HIV-negative people at higher risk.
• When taken as prescribed, PrEP reduces the risk of getting HIV from sex by about 99% and from injecting drugs by at least 74%.
• You need a prescription and regular follow-ups with a healthcare provider.
3. PEP - Post-exposure prophylaxis
• Emergency meds taken within 72 hours after possible exposure - like condom break, sexual assault, or needle stick.
• Must be started ASAP and taken for 28 days. Talk to a doctor or ER right away if you think you were exposed.
4. Don’t share needles/equipment
• Use new, sterile needles and syringes every time if injecting drugs, hormones, or steroids.
• Many communities have needle exchange programs.
• Don’t share razors, toothbrushes, or tattoo/piercing equipment that might have blood.
5. Testing & treatment
• Get tested regularly if you’re sexually active or have other risk factors. Early diagnosis helps.
• Treatment as prevention: People with HIV who take antiretroviral therapy and reach undetectable viral load cannot transmit HIV sexually. This is “U=U”: Undetectable = Untransmittable.
6. Mother-to-child prevention
• Pregnant people should get tested for HIV. With meds during pregnancy/delivery and avoiding breastfeeding if alternatives are safe, transmission risk drops to <1%.
