I am not bragging, but one thing I like about Chaapa guys old boys from Mbarara High School is that they’re serious. If they like you, they’ will ask to meet your parents, and before you know it, it’s introduction and then wedding. Those guys are real.
Following concerns raised by the alumni regarding the pitch of Mbarara High School, and after constructive engagement between alumni, MHOBA leadership, and all relevant stakeholders including the leadership of the Church and the School administration, this matter has been addressed. Please refer to the communication from the Board Chair and the Ankole Diocese secretariat for more clarity on the Mbarara High School pitch.
I believe this is the right moment to help people learn how to be assertive. If that isn’t possible, then at the very least they should be encouraged to leave the polling station promptly after voting to avoid unnecessary confrontation with security.
PS The option that was overlooked was a complete boycott of the election 🙏
President Museveni has often been seen wearing a face mask in public, even post-COVID. Sources like the Daily Monitor suggest it's due to his germophobia and ongoing health precautions. He mandated masks during the pandemic and continued the habit personally. Some online speculation mentions low immunity or other reasons, but no official 2025 statement confirms.
