@carol28608 I love the cards such a personal touch way better than shop bought ones. If there's a pottery class near you try a throwing session you'll be amazed how quickly you'll pick it up

@carol28608 I would have said I was no way creative at all, and first few attempts were hilarious and a complete disaster but it's really good for your head and you soon get the hang of it. I was same watching pottery throwdown

@DanO_McG @Griffin3Robert There's a fab shopping centre beside stadio de luz.. and if you wife likes leather handbags and shoes she'll find bargains in Lisbon. The Lisbon aquarium is fab and I enjoyed the zoo too,u can hop in a little aerial basket that goes over the zoo and straight over lion enclosure

@DanO_McG Definitely take day trip out to Sintra, easily accessible by train. But go early in morning. Cascais a lovely little sea side town about 30 mins by train from Lisbon, check out boca del inferno and the lighthouse and some other lovely buildings

@blue_highland I used to always watch the new years eve/hogmanay from Edinburgh. It used to be brilliant and they always had great bands performing then amazing fireworks 🎆 miss those days
