@HI_Voices Ah we made just a few nice friends, found unfriendliness from fellow incomers as well as locals it's an odd place of extremes of folks & attitudes. Was also too far for friends & elderly family to visit so felt very isolated. Moved along way now & renting until we know where 2 go

Today I said goodbye to the most brilliant guests from Glasgow, lovely couple, friendly, clean & tidy. They said one of their highlights was 2 sessions @acetargetsports for archery & target shooting. Thanks to the Ace gang & @Blazespage for providing fun times & great memories :)

Sometimes the most lovely guests turn up at our cottage, today was such a day and they brought me a handmade needlepoint artwork, I love it 😀they've an action packed week planned, Coruisk boat trip, Raasay, kayaking, hiking & 2 visits to @acetargetsports 🪓🐕

It is a shame that some motorhome drivers abuse our limited parking in Portree. These 2, with no paid tickets that I could see, occupied 6 spaces as no one could squeeze in the middle 2, right near Police HQ too, grrrr! #ignorantdrivers

@JJulb1957 Yes, all geared up for them almost. Out of their hands as Glasgow is restricted now, but they later re-booked for July, all being well. Of course unlikely to get anyone in now for next week so swings & roundabouts.

Oh no, my first guests of the season (from Glasgow) have had to cancel their stay next week due to Covid restrictions 😟I'd cut the grass, painted a new sign & the lambs next door were waiting, such a shame. Guess they've cancelled @acetargetsports & #southskyekayaking too
